When you start the engine to move a car within a confined space, the catalyst only begins to work at about 300 degrees C, i.e. after one to two minutes. The movement will probably take less time. During cold start, most exhaust emissions are created; this is the equivalent of driving a car equipped with a catalyst about 300 km at a constant speed.
Today we have to consider both the working environment and the environment as a whole. Consideration must also be for our visitors; it is far more comfortable in premises without noxious exhaust fumes.
